We specialize in office, retail, medical, restaurant, and hospitality construction. ConKraft Construction can construct projects with state of the art, high-end finishes, as well as more moderate, remodel designs. We offer tenant improvement services for both local business owners as well as national tenants with brand specifications.

Tenant Improvement Services

  • Tenant Finish – design and remodeling projects that incorporate unique features for specific tenant requirements.

  • Leasehold Improvements – customized alterations to commercial spaces as part of a lease agreement in order to configure the space for the needs of that particular tenant. These include changes to walls, floors, ceilings, and lighting, among others.

  • Interior Improvements – including lobbies, entryways, reception areas, restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, conference rooms, and office space.

  • Commercial Construction – large scale projects that include updating or replacing electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. We can also make structural improvements, replace roofing systems and perform exterior makeovers.
